Hello everyone!

I hope you had an enjoyable long weekend!  The year is drawing to a close, but we are still having our weekly meeting this Tuesday, May 26, at 8:30 PM in Hopkins Hall 246.  We will discuss plans for this summer and next year, listen to feedback in preparation for Wednesday's meeting (which I will mention next), and socialize.

On Wednesday, May 27, at 6 PM in the Multicultural Center (128 Lincoln Tower), there will be a discussion regarding various aspects of GLBTQ organizations at Ohio State. The primary topics are: the future of the MCC inter-cultural model and how it can be improved, how the GLBT Programming Board can improve, and what an umbrella organization should look like for all of the GLBT organizations.  All are welcome to attend, but if you are unable to make it, you can come to me with your concerns so I can ensure that your thoughts are properly represented!

Additionally, HRC Columbus is looking for volunteers for their gala dinner (on June 13th), and for Columbus Pride on the 19th and 20th.  For the 19th, the available shifts are 5-7pm, 6-8pm, and 7-9pm.  For the 20th, the available booth shifts are 9-11am, 10-12pm, 11-1pm, 12-2pm, 1-3pm, 2-4pm, 3-5pm, 4-6pm, and 5-7pm.  Additionally, you can help out during the parade on the 20th by handing out stickers along the parade route.   The parade starts at 1 pm.  If you are interested please contact me!
