Hello everyone!

I just wanted to remind you all of our weekly meeting this Tuesday, October 6th, at 8:30 PM in Hopkins Hall 262.  We will be holding a roundtable discussion regarding various aspects of coming out, in acknowledgement of National Coming Out Day, which is this Sunday, October 11th.  In addition, we will be discussing what actions we would like to take as a group.  We value your input and suggestions!

Also for National Coming Out Day, the GLBT Alumni Society and the Multicultural Center have again partnered up this year to sponsor a full-page advertisement in The Lantern, Ohio State's campus newspaper.  You are invited to "sign" the advertisement as a way of showing your support for the community!  This ad will be shown in the October 12th (the Monday after National Coming Out Day) edition of The Lantern.  Faculty, staff, alumni and friends are asked to give a $10 donation to support the printing of the advertisement when adding their name and support, and students can add their names at no cost. You can add your name through the GLBT Alumni Society's site. Please fill out your information as completely as possible so that you can be properly designated.  The deadline for signing up is noon on Wednesday, October 7th.
